Since pheonixworld brought this up, I wouldn't want this to happen again. It seems like people are still having trouble on what skills they should get of what a good build is. In this thread, I will show you some of the skills that should be important for your class. It might not be good or be an actual build but it should be good reference for those of you who are having difficulty.

*Sidenote: Sorry for those who have been waiting for this guide. It has been under construction for awhile but now it is fully complete with some new features. Although there are still little errors here and there but I will point them out in the little description. Sorry for the incovenience and I thank you for your time.

-Mini error: Maxing counterattack. Counterattack should be 1/5 or 5/5. It really isn't an error since some guides have it maxed out while others only have 1 point on it.
-Whirlwind Wave can be 3/7 or 4/7.
-IMS[Infinite Meteor Sword] isn't really necessary in PVP but you can get 1 if you wish.
-Minimize the Damage should be at 1/4 or 0/4.
-Deadly Blow should be at 1/8.
-If you have extra poins to spare, you can get Thunder Sound; 1/10, Wind Kick; 1/11 and Rage Explosion; 1/7 or 2/7. Get 2/7 for Rage Explosion if you can afford the extra reagents.
-CC[Cross Cut] can be left at 1/11 or maxed out; 11/11. It's a good idea to max it because of it's high damage and low CD and mana consumption.
This build isn't the best one out there. I didn't make it, just got it from a previous member who posted it. There are some extra points wasted on some skills but overall it's good. It contains all of the skills needed for attacking as well as defending.

-CC[CrossCut] can be left at 0/11 or 1/11. It's not really needed if you're not going to or good at comboing.
-Kicking can be left at 0/11 or 1/11. Same reason as CrossCut.
-Wind Kick can be left at 0/11 or 1/11. It's pretty weak at level 1 but it's quite good for getting you out if you're stuck in a tight spot. The range is quite decent as well. The amount of times it hit also makes up for the one point.
-WhirlWind Wave is not needed in staging. It's mainly a PVP skill.
-Magic Defense is helpful in some stages such as Baphomat. Always put at least one point on it.
This build consist of mainly spam skills. Those are mainly all the skills you need for staging. Comboing isn't really necessary in stages which is the main reason why this build is formed this way.

I'm putting off Yuki's build for now because I still have to do some testing. As I said before, these are just for reference. Some of these builds are completely horrible, such as the Tia builds, because I don't have much knowledge on what skills they should have. I basically made these based on what I see in PVP. Hope these are of some help. Comments and criticism are wanted. Enjoy~

(You can put Mana Regen to 1 and max out FDH if you feel that you're able to regenerate mana quite easily with Fire Orb/FDH. x.x

Optionals v
1. Maxing Finishing Blow is completely optional. You will burn mana a lot faster spamming this when you can. Mad
2. Some people choose to level Nado, some keep at one. Your choice.
3. Get CMS or don't. Mad Not used in high tier PvP much.
4. Rage Explosion is best left at level 2. But if you have the reagents and feel you'll do better with it maxed, then do so.
5. You can max CC if you want. A lot of the pros max it because it's an easy 400 damage with low MP and CD.
6. Increasing IMS also is an option. It gives more height and considerable damage at later levels. You just need to be careful when using it. Also, many say that Lv1 IMS is pathetic. =/
7. Usually, people with good aim/accuracy choose to max Thundersound for the slow effect. That's optional also. ^^;
